About this site

Started in December 2024, somewhere between "I can't deal with social media anymore" and "but I still have things to share."
So here's the deal – I'm approaching 30, and I've hit this point where social media just... doesn't work for me anymore. You know that feeling when you open an app and your brain immediately goes into overdrive trying to process an endless stream of updates, likes, and carefully curated moments? Yeah, I couldn't handle that anymore.
But here's the thing: while stepping away from social media felt like a breath of fresh air, I found myself missing something fundamental – the ability to share pieces of my life and thoughts with people who might care or find them useful. Not in that polished, hashtag-heavy way that's become the norm, but in an honest, messy, real-life kind of way.
That's where this little corner of the internet comes in. Some thoughts will be fully formed, others will be seeds just starting to sprout. And that's okay.
I spent four intense days in December 2024 building this space (fueled by probably too much coffee and the kind of determination that only comes when you're building something for yourself). It was my holiday project, my gift to myself, and hopefully, in some small way, to you too.
This isn't about building a personal brand or growing a following. It's just me, sharing things I learn, experiences that shape me, and thoughts that keep me up at night. Sometimes it'll be technical stuff from my work, other times it might be about books that changed my perspective, or just random observations about life that seemed worth writing down.
If you're someone I know, hey, thanks for stopping by! And if you're a stranger who stumbled upon this space – welcome! Maybe you'll find something here that resonates, and if not, that's cool too.
Will this whole thing work out? Who knows. But after four days of debugging and countless moments of "why am I doing this again?", here we are. Let's see where this goes.
